I come here for a haircut because the pricing is reasonable. This location is in the Brickyard Mall close to Narragansett on the east side of the mall. I've gone to fancy salons and paid a ton of money for a haircut and style that I did not like or was not happy with. At any Hair Cuttery it's hit or miss if you do not have a stylist of choice. If you walk in be prepared to wait as this place is very busy especially considering that it's in one of the busiest malls in the City. My suggestion is you call and make an appointment as people with appointments are taken first. Don't be surprised to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour if you do not have an appointment. Yes they do say you can walk in without an appointment, but if there are several people in front of you with an appointment you will be taken last. While you are waiting take the time to look through the hairstyle magazines that are available next to the two chairs in the front. Take the haircuts picture that you like with you and hopefully your stylist can get as close as possible to what you want. As there are only two chairs in the front of the store, they may direct you to a chair in the back to wait for it and available stylist. At any Hair Cuttery the employees do have a fast turnover rate, but if you do get a haircut and like The Stylist I would strongly suggest that you make an appointment with that stylist.

Lazy with absolutely no customer service. They refused to give me a perm, the reason, because I had bleach in my hair. Mind you my hair is black and I have not used bleach in 2 years. They need to be fired on the spot. I absolutely regret coming to this location I only had one chance to get a perm because I. Ame out of town I should have gone somewhere else and I recommend you to do the same.

Honestly I won't go anywhere else for my hair. I have wasted money at places like Tricoci, and the stylists here are more professional, friendlier, and have the same skill as the high-end salons. Save money and come here!

I LOVE how Mrs. Aida did my hair! She gave me platinum hair in one sitting. She bleached my roots and gave me an overal toner so that my hair has a nice shade all over. She also trimmed my hair and bangs perfectly. Will come back most definetly for her service!

Despite all the bad reviews, I actually had a good experience here. My stylist followed what I wanted and on top of that she was very friendly, Definitely coming back!
