Went here a couple months ago and wasn’t satisfied at all with my red color I told them I was ready for whatever it took/ multiple visits to get a good nice red color and whoever did my hair didn’t seem like she knew what do do. I also didn’t even get my hair blow dried at the end it was still wet when I left and I payed for that, I was just so aggravated I just didn’t care anymore.

I recently got a haircut from Tori and was very happy with how it turned out. I’ve had the same haircut for 10 years and I asked her for some recommendations on how to update my hair style. Thanks Again Tori my wife loves my new haircut.

Lost a customer before I even got there by telling me over the phone that I HAD to get ALL over color and not a touch up that I wanted because they "don't know what has been on my hair". She did not bother to ask me where I get my hair done so she might know what is already on my hair. I don't see why it matters. If I don't want all over color I should not have to get it. Just a turn off.

So weird place. I came 15 min earlier, I had appointment. Nobody say Hello. Manager so impolite.the manager is very aggressive and unfriendly. I waited 45 minutes, no one came up. when I asked the manager, she just snorted. Just awful

I highly recommend Ana to anyone who wants to feel more beautiful and confident in their own style. She is very detailed and works with what you want. The haircut with face framing looked great – I received so many compliments! Ana’s fun and engaging personality also makes you feel like you’re getting a haircut from a friend. Definitely recommend Ana and Fantastic Sams.
