Went today to get a touch up on my highlights. I would give 0 stars if possible. Usually it takes 2 1/2-3 hours to get my hair highlighted, processed, and blow dried. I was out of my chair in 1 hour 15 mins. My dye starts 2 inches AWAY from roots. My hair is orange!!! She used maybe 20 foils on my whole head.. usually a stylist uses 50. When finished, I mentioned that my hair was messed up. I was offered a free retouch next week, but how can I go back to someone who messed up my hair!!! I spent $130 and will be spending $200 tomorrow to get my hair fixed at a salon. I have been to a few other locations and never had a problem, but I will never visit this location or another hair cuttery again. It is not worth it. Also while I was there, a man asked for his hair to not be cut short around the ears and the lady did the opposite, and another lady walked out upset because she was getting her gray covered up, but when finished... she still had noticeable gray hairs! It’s my fault for not leaving after these red flags. So disappointed in the service here.

Haven't been here for awhile, but I've always had good service, recently went and had Vicky Hernandez who gave me a great cut and shampoo! Will definitely be back! Reasonable prices good customer service.

Went out of the blue, didn't make an appointment, so I expected to wait sometime. I walked in, didn't even get a hi or how are you...not even a smile, just a um do you have an appointment? I waited while the lady was done be cashed out for about 2-3 minutes and was told there was no time until 730. That was fine, I know I decided to walk in and not make an appointment but how about some hospitality and greeting someone when they walk in. Have never had my hair done here and now never will.

Laura always does great work, she has done most of my family too when visiting, love how she goes the extra mile when servicing her clients. Been getting my hair cut with Laura for 12 years now great service great work. Elmer is super cool too. Good price good people. Parking is street and it can get busy.
