Sharma Skin & Hair Surgery - Dr. Sharma - Edmonton

I have been seeing Dr. Sharma for two years now for skin care. What I most love about him is that he never pushes any kind of procedure on you unnecessarily. He listens to your concerns and will actually explain to you what is really needed and for what reason. If I feel like I might be interested in a treatment as it seems everyone seems to doing it, he will take time to explain if that is the best way to proceed or maybe to try something else and see how that works. He could easily push product and treatments to make money in today’s world but he is ethical and conscientious and kind. He is extremely good at his work and I have seen his work on his clients and I love that people still look like themselves instead of plastic dolls. Highly recommend him to all looking to be the best version of themselves! His staff is professional and friendly and always happy to answer any questions one might have.

I was blown away the minute I tried to book at the clinic. It was the smoothest booking I ever had. The receptionist was really helpful with my email questions and concerns and then I called to make the appointment and this process was easy too. I arrived earlier a bit and I didn’t have to wait. I was intimidated by the pretty girls at the reception but I lost my shyness quickly with their professionalism. Nurse Cindy first took care of me with consultation questions and was very helpful. I asked if it was mandatory to take pictures and no it wasn’t which is good for me and my anxiety. Dr Sharma then came to see me with such a warm and gentle approach. I felt really comfortable. He is very skilled and suggested treatments for me without being pushy or anything. I have been doing fillers and Botox for 3 years but it was the painless time of my life. I did not bruise nor swell, and my results are very even. I am grateful that we have him in Edmonton. I can’t wait to see him again for next treatments. The prices are competitive with the market and they seem to have promotions at times which is awesome. Thank you

Dr. Sharma is the most personable, genuine, honest and passionate person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From my initial consultation his kind and gentle nature created an environment of comfort. The natural ease in which the clinic transitions the patient into the procedure is unmatched. I was offered water, coffee, tea and a private waiting room with a massage chair. Subsequent appointments have been equally satisfying. He provides sound advice and really listens to the patient's desires; never did I feel that I was being pressured or persuaded. My procedure outcomes have given me a HUGE boost in confidence and esteem while maintaining my natural appearance. He has helped me feel alive again! Dr. Sharma has impeccable punctuality at every one of my appointments and always makes time to talk and get to know the patient personally. He thoroughly and honestly answered any questions I had. The clinic is superbly staffed with knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff. Diego, the office dog is such a beautiful and warm addition to the clinic. Anyone that meets him can't help but smile. I have absolutely nothing but great things to share about Sharma Skin and Surgery Clinic- if you want the VIP experience, this is the place to go.

Dr. Sharma and his staff are extremely professional, and take the time to answer any concerns you have. I received a hair transplant from them last year, and Dr. Sharma and his team did an amazing job! The hair is growing so well, and it looks amazing. Anyone who has any concerns about their hair line or hair loss should come see Dr. Sharma and ask there questions. He is such a kind doctor and makes you feel comforted while telling you the reality of what he can do for you. My experience with the Sharma clinic has been nothing but wonderful, and I would 100% recommend everyone coming to this clinic to see the doctor about any of their concerns!

Today was my first appointment for laser treatment... I had called to book April 18 and their first opening was May 1. So I waited excitedly for this laser treatment I had pondered to get for quite some time. They called my the morning of the appointment to cancel and said the laser needed repair. I was sad but booked the following week for noon as they were limited on days as they only run the service on certain days. Wasn’t an ideal appointment but I was excited for the treatment, I should have noticed at that point that no one took the time to tell me the requirements prior to treatment but as I work in health care this wasn’t a big issue. I arrived for my appointment and wasn’t greeted more ignored my the three front staff... then given three forms to fill out I asked ‘May I have a pen’ and Amber very rudely replied “ it’s right there”. I was immediately taken back as I found that to be very unprofessional, I then filled out the paper work but wasn’t prepared to sign all pages as some were only pertaining to fillers. Amber then stated I must sign as it’s a private clinic so they require all signed areas. I agreed as I was thinking it’s just laser... I then waiting 45 min being the ONLY person there!! No one apologized for the wait or even talked to me once to say it would be awhile ( although why would it be when I was the only one present). I had also called the day prior to see if I could rebook as I was called into work, no one returned my call despite the fact I left a message and as per the clinic answering machine I was promised a call back. Finally she took me in and to be fair the laser treatment employee was very nice. The first since my arrival. However she handed me four more sheets of paper to fill out prior to starting. At this point it’s 50 min post my appointment time and I have no idea why I wasn’t given the forms during my wait!! My experience was awful from start to finish. If you are looking to be treated respectfully I recommend you look else where. I did leave a note for Dr Sharma to inform him how poorly I was treated. For such expensive treatments go somewhere where they value you as a person and a customer.
