Melissa is extremely talented and knowledgeable about hair color and flattering hairstyles for each individual. Her eyelash extensions are addictive!

Received eyelash extensions and I LOVE them! Complete, full, long, and luscious!! I have been going back for several months. To top it off, I have visited the salon every 6-8 weeks for several years to have my hair done with color and extensions. I am super happy after each visit. I love Nicole! Definitely try Headcase Salon!

Will did a great job with my haircut. He was very personable, listened well and helped me pick a new style. I was not familiar with Aveda products, but he explained the different options and suggested one that I was able use to recreate that salon look for myself at home. I can’t wait to go back. I would recommend Will to anyone looking for a new look.

Do not get your eyelash extensions done there!! They do not have an experienced person doing it at all! For my first time getting lash extensions, it was painful and I had to go to an expert to look them over. The expert said that person did a horrible job because it was clumped and some glue were directly on my eyelid. My eyes were red and sore and I had to get pain medicine afterwards. They even didn't want to see me right away to take it off either! Very unprofessional and to top it off they gave me an attitude! Thank goodness I just went in and got my money back and did not bother to have them remove it. Went to a pro instead for removal. You've got to wonder if they even do a good job with any of their other services! Too bad I can't post any pics of the horrible job she did!

Went in for a TRIM; got a full haircut. I hate when stylists DO NOT listen and just do what they want. My hair looks horrible!!! Going to LUSH on Saturday to get it fixed! Thank God I did not let him do my high-lights! Very disappointing!!
