Always happy when I leave here! Shelbi gives great haircuts and she always has a smile on her face. Big points.

I've been patronizing Great Clips for several years, mainly the one near State Road 19 and 32. Usually a wait, almost always new employees there, must be a high turnover. About a third to half of my visits, a newbie cuts my hair too short and I have to deal with a bad cowlick standing straight up for a couple of months until it re-grows.

Today I went for a cut! Really come back worse, I chose a specific cut so excited because it looked better, but it saddens me to see the bad dedication of the person who did it! Because it was not professional, my husband always cuts his hair there but for me it has been disappointing to see my hair uneven and shapeless. I will have to take a new cut in a different place! You have to be impeccable with the work and well done to win the client.

I went in to this location to get a basic trim which turned out to be the worst idea I've had in a while. After I was done the FIRST time, I paid and left. That's when I noticed that my hair on the entire right side of my head was 1/2 inch LONGER than the left. No worries, I go back to get it fixed. The woman has an irritated vibe as if I'M inconveniencing her. NOW I have a gigantic bald spot on one side of my head and still long hair on the other side. As I am super livid about this, I try to keep my wits about me. The woman who cut it was new, but nobody was there spotting her as there SHULD have been. When I tried talking to her, she would NOT talk back to me. If you guys actually read these, I'd love to have my money back for such poor service or a free haircut whenever I decide and IF I decided to go with Great Clips ever again.
