This was my second time at Salon SO and I recommend it to all. Jen gave me a lovely hair cut even though I restricted her from doing anything drastic to my length. Suzanne did a gorgeous balayage hair colour and I was really happy with both, my cut and colour. To add to their talent, Jen and Suzanne are very friendly and fun people who give their clients their full attention. The salon is clean, well equipped and spacious too. It's been three weeks and I'm still very happy with my cut and colour!

Salon SO Aveda is amazing. After another salon butchered my balayage (it was basically a block of color underneath another block of color with no transition *at all* and there was a lot of bleach involved) Suzanne and Jen spent hours fixing it up and getting my hair as close to what I originally wanted as humanly possible. I have never received so much individualized attention at a salon. After they finished I was able to go outside without a hat on, and with the color and cut I originally had that's truly a hair miracle.

Suzanne does a great job and I was becoming a regular until they increased men's haircut prices by 40% without informing me until after the cut was done. I will take my business elsewhere.

It is almost impossible for working professionals to book a time with them! I have been there twice. They say they're booked for weekends when I have seen that they close at noon itself on Saturdays and are closed on sunday. Once I booked an appointment for Saturday and Jen was very rude with me while cutting my harir! Almost implying that she can give me a bad haircut if she's angry with me coz I came on a Saturday! The last time, I booked an appointment on a weekday, and hust enquired hat their cancellation policy was, which I do at any place where book an appointment. The next thing I know they cancelled my appointment. I called them up to ask for the reason, and she said that because I wanted to know the cancellation policy, she didn't want to book an appointment for me. I don't know about you guys but this was totally absurd for me. I was always polite and friendly with the staff even though they were rude to me during my second visit but this was too much. So I wouldn't recommend this place unless you wanna live your school days and are in the mood to get a scolding from the headmaster. Disgrace to the Aveda brand!
