so disappointed in my haircut, she turned my mid fade into a high cut which wasn't even faded. I'm only giving it a two because the lady was nice.

It’s an ok place for a haircut, standard Supercuts experience. It was pretty slow when I arrived but I’d called ahead. Some of the employees seemed to be talking negatively about another employee, which is not in good taste. I don’t know if I will be back for that reason. There are other barbershops closer to me

I am extremely disappointed with their call ahead service. I called at 7:20 pm and was told to be there by 7:30 pm. I rushed out of my house and arrived at 7:30 pm. I then waited 30 minutes and had two people go ahead of me. I still had not been called and walked out. The staff didn't understand the problem. I would have been fine had they told me there were X number of people in front of me but instead I was told to be there in 10 minutes and arrived on time and then had to wait. Extremely disrespectful of my time. When I arrived and stated that I had called ahead, they could have provided an updated expected wait time but didn't.

I had a great haircut a very friendly and experienced hairdresser. Will definitely go back.
