Upset I even have to grant them one star. Natural girls DO NOT GO HERE I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! I am 4b textured and came for a blowout. Before the wash, i took off my hat showed the stylist my texture hair and asked "CAN YOU DO THIS?" woman confidently said yes, and proceeded to wash my hair. After shampooing the woman puts a green liquid into the conditioner and proceeds. After the wash is complete my hair doesn't smell like fruity goodness, it smells like chemicals and my hair is a completely different curl pattern. I ask her why and in poor English she says, "I put small perm in to make softer" I'm going to end my review here bc the rest of what I have to say is only disrespect. Give your hard earned money to deserving hands.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! They have no idea what they're doing. Granted they are nice people but they messed up my hair. I speak Spanish so it was easy to talk to them. First of all the thing they tied around my head before I went under the dryer, to prevent me from getting burned, ultimately burned me. So I have this red burn on my forehead. Then they kept saying my hair was dry. Ok, so I used a deep conditioner and it still came out awful. The girl who blowdried my hair after I took out the rollers did a TERRIBLE job. For 30 minutes she just kept blow drying the hell out of my hair and then flat ironed it and when I turned around I was horrified. I told her the ends looked dry and chewed up. She said it was because I need to cut it. BS. I've been going to Dominican salons my whole life and they've never made it look like this. DO NOT GO HERE!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WENT HERE FOR A COLOR, AND CUT THEY TOOK $150 FROM HER. HOW DISGRACEFUL. WHEN I CONTACTED THE OWNER SHE CLAIMED MY DAUGHTER PAID FOR THE NEXT 2 TIMES IN ADVANCE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND KATHY CALCANO GAVE HER $20 HOW DISGRACEFUL TO ROB A 15 YEAR OLD OF HER HARD EARNED MONEY
