It was a pleasant experience. A bit pricey for me but they did have three people working on my head so I understand the higher prices.

Kept calling me changing the price for the same hairstyle. PLENTY other shops out there with better prices and work. Found quiet a few. Your choice.

This was a great experience.. They are very attentive. I love my hair and honestly I am never smiling whn I leave a braid shop. I finally found one I can stick with.

I have never wrote a bad review on anybody but they totally deserve it. Only thing I can say is they where fast. I didn’t like that one lady told me to buy expression hair and the Braider said she couldn’t use it for my braids because it hurt her hands even after I told her that kankeloen breaks my scalp out sometimes. It was 3 people in my head, the one on my right tugged and pulled on me so much I wanted to fight her. Their intentions probably weren’t bad but their attitudes where very nonchalant when I asked to stop pulling my edges and being so rough with my head. For god sakes it’s 3 different hands in my head. The lady on my left spaced out all my braids but she was nice at least. The braids in my backs caused what hair bumps I had to become bigger and more irritated because she put a braid on the bump when I asked her not too. Then they hounded me about the remainder money they owed me on my hair I had to return for kankeloen that they wanted to buy from me for less than what I paid.

I called to get an price on an hair style. But to make sure i was getting the right price on the hair style I wanted i asked can I send her the picture, so she said yes an I send the picture but didn’t get an text back until a hour later, and once she gave me the price she blocked me. I was trying to set an appointment but she blocked me . I would not recommend them to anybody..
