This place is horrible DO NOT GO! I went because it was just down the street from me. Not only were they late. The sengelese twist i got are coming down and slipping out and i just got my hair down TWO WEEKS AGO. it looks like I've had it up for at least two months. Also i booked an appointment to fix the ones that were coming down and they forgot my appointment i called three days in a row to let them know i was still coming AND the morning of because my hair appointment was at 10am she didn't get there until 11:30 by then i had gone somewhere else to get my hair fixed. And she kept blowing up my phone to tell me she had arrived...please save your money this is a horrible unprofessional place to go...

Came here this time last year to get my hair braided for my birthday. I waited for almost an hour for someone to show up (despite the fact that I made an appointment in advanced), my braider was running late and apologized. the atmosphere was ok, there wern't too many kids runnin around and I did not have one consistent braider (they all took turns on my head) but the braids came out as if one person did them. Took 12 hours but turned out GREAT and I got ALOT of complements. Will probably be going back soon.
