Definitely one of the worst braiding shops I've ever been too. I gave them two chances to do my hair because they are located in a convenient spot, but both times I left unsatisfied. They act like they don't understand what you tell them to do and I even showed them a picture of what I wanted. Not everyone in the shop is bad it is only the bigger African lady she claims she wasn't able to do my hair the way I wanted because she has carpal tunnel. I would highly recommend trying another shop before this one!

Do not come here if you still want to have edges!! I told them several different times that I did not want my edges braided as tight as the rest of my hair. I guess they don't understand English cause they did it anyway. Now I'm starting to get the little white bumps & my hair is stretching hence why I didn't want my edges braided so tight. I called them the next day to ask if I could take down the edges of my hair & if they could redo them as I can't do my daily activities. They told me no it's suppose to be like that. I've never had to go through this much pain with box braids. They look nice & ive gotten a lot of compliments but I won't be returning due to the simple fact they don't listen.

I love this shop. They were nice professional and did my whole head of box braids in 3 1/2 hours. Wow. Never knew it could be possible. Braids look great! I will be back and sure to spread the word. ☺👌👍👍👍👍 thanks ladies, and great job! See you next time!

I spent $200 (not including the hair)for small micro braids and less than 1 month later braids are just coming loose and falling out. I have never had this problem with micros before thank god my hair is not coming out with the braids! I will NEVER patronize this shop again, I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

I went here 6 months ago. It was a last minute appointment which they got me in the next day. Appointment was at 9am and they started right away. It only took them 6 hours. I had 2 ladies on my head the whole time. Very professional and polite!!!
