THis was my second time going back and again I left satisfied. Napps is an excellent hair salon in my opinion. Their service is great they have someone for every task in order to keep you the customer happy and to get you in and out in an appropriate fashion. Plus honestly they have your best interests at heart. The overall aspect of the shop gives you a chill vibe with the music, customer service and open conversations they have. I highly recommend this Hair salon to those who want dreads or already have them and is looking for a touch up as well as those who just need a fresh cut Napps is the new place to be!!!

I recommend Napps to anyone. Even if you want to get your nails done or purchase quality attire they are ready for your needs. Great people and world class service. Come one, come all! Never again, scheduled an appointment the day before they forgot to schedule me came in at 9 am no one was there then scheduled me for an 11 appointment they changed it to 1pm came In at 1pm she had someone else in the chair waited 25 minutes and she had the SHAMPOO GIRL doing my hair then had the nerve to charge me 85 dollars on something she didn’t do. Prior to that I spoke with the owner she told me it was 60 dollars for a slik press. Then on top of that they were teenagers!!! NEVER AGAIN. Unprofessional and unorganized !!! Do not go there... 😑😑😑
