I went here yesterday with my husband and had a very positive experience! Both women who took care of us were very friendly and did a great job at giving us exactly what we were looking for. I only had to wait about a minute before I was taken to the chair and my husband only waited about five minutes. The girl who cut my hair checked in with me every now and then to make sure I was happy with the length and shape. She made suggestions as well, which I found very helpful! My husband was there to get a haircut fixed and evened out. The woman who cut his hair was also wonderful. She seemed to understand exactly what needed to be fixed and how. We'll definitely be regulars here!

Called in two days in a row to find out when a particular stylist was working. Was told she would be in at 11am each of the two days. I showed up shortly after 11am both days and was then told after I had gotten there that she wasn't coming in until 12 noon. That the shop had adjusted her schedule. There was another customer that arrived just after me for the same stylist and had gotten the same bad information. This same thing had happened here before , but two days in a row is a little much. Had gone to this stylist for a long time and she is great , but because of the shop , she has lost a regular customer and so has Great Clips.

Jackie did a great job cutting my 4 year old's hair - she was kind, patient and the cut looked awesome :-)
