I will first start off by saying that this was the worst experience I've ever had when it came to getting my hair done. I usually always go to Supercuts for my hair care but I decided to go to Choice to have it done by Lucy who is the owner because my mom has been going to her for years. I told Lucy I wanted to dye my hair electric blue and she said she could do it no problem. I also showed Lucy a picture of exactly what I wanted. When I went and got my hair done it took about 6 hrs and after all that time it still wasn't correct or what I had wanted. She put a dark brown in my hair with blue streaks which wasn't what I asked for. I washed my hair a week later and my hair turned green and all the blue came out and faded. I went back last week to have it fixed all over again and this time she put blue on my whole head and once again it was too dark still and wasn't what I asked for. I washed it 5 days later and all the blue came out again. My end result now is dark brown/black hair with no blue which costed $260. She refused to refund my money and insisted that this was the look I wanted when my hair looks nothing like what I wanted. I'm so unsatisfied and disappointed. I will never be returning to this hair salon. I just wish if she wasn't able to do what I had asked for she would've just told me instead of me having the wrong hair color $260 later.

The best hair care around. All the stylists are excellent, and they do everything it all; color, cuts, extensions.
