The receptionist is absolutely rude. Most importantly the owner Adam is the most unprofessional and he just want to take money from you. He doesn't do his job properly. Not recommended at all

Marisol, the kind woman who does the hair washing, was an absolute gem. Professional and courteous. I did not get the name of the older blonde woman who blow dried my hair but it was an awful experience. The woman didn’t bother detangling my hair even after I asked her to do so, so of course it kept getting tangled and pulled by her brush. The lady seemed so inexperienced that at one point my hair somehow got tangled on the barrel of the hair dryer. Additionally, I don’t know where she learned to blow dry hair, but certain points she was literally using the BACK of the hair dryer where the air goes in and pressing that directly onto my hair. I kept telling her to not do that because it pulled and hurt but she just said sorry and kept doing it. She asked a man something while my hair was enmeshed with the brush and she was struggling to take it out and the man told her to just finish. I assume this was the manager. I didn’t get a discount or no one asked me if I wanted a re-do or anything. I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone unless you wanted to go get your hair washed by Marisol. The picture shows a bit of hair that fell off when I ran my fingers through it as a result of heat damage on a knot that the hairdresser didn’t bother to detangle. Avoid this place.
