Loved my blow out! Went with my young daughter and she loved it as well. The staff was amazing. Friendly and professional. They did a great job with my little one making her feel at home and styling her hair without issue. Bonus, my blow out lasted a ridiculously long time. Will be back!

My first time having a blowout at Drybar and I was very pleased. Kaysee (sp?) did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

We were running 5 minutes late and we called the central hub line. They said no problem and would call the paramus location and tell them. When we arrived they said we were late and were refused to be seen! We were treated horribly by the front desk, and a manager was no where to be found an 10:30 in the morning.

This is the worst company and customer service ever. We were running 5 mins late in order to find parking so we called to inform and it reached their corporate line instead of the actual location. Upon arriving, Sally said you guys are late so we can reschedule 2 hours late and when we said that doesn’t work for our schedule she said there will be a no show fee of $20 per person and there were 3 of us. So we said that it is ridiculous because we tried calling and informing 3 times and you cannot state that as a no show. She took down our number and said we will call you after speaking to my manager in 48 hours. So we called the corporate line to see if they can waive it and spoke to JB who repeated the No show policy like 5 times and then said that we will transfer this request to our customer solutions who will get back to us in 48 hours. Both JB and Sally were extremely rude and not understanding and Drybar where we have been loyal customers definitely lost our business. Let’s see what they have to say in the 48 hours but definitely does not sound promising.

What's the point of even having an appointment. They are consistently late on taking people back. I go to drybars when I have an event. Meaning I cant be late. Such a disappointment. Also no alcohol can be served at this location since it's in a mall. I keep wanting to enjoy this but as this company grows the service keeps getting worse and worse.
