A blowout for curly hair was literally them proofing out my hair. Don’t go if your hair has any curl because they WILL ruin it!!!

HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INEXPERIENCED... The person that took care of us was Vincent. He must have been fresh out of school. The hair cut he got by this man was AWFUL. This man was rude and extremely unprofessional. We went in for a for a trim and style, his hair was getting long. He not only chopped it off but it was uneven everywhere, and choppy. I asked to speak to the manager Carlo but he was not in.. so I called back the next day. "He was unavailable" so I left a messege, I'm still waiting to talk to him. UNPROFESSIONAL....Never again.. Besides the lady in reception, this place is the ABSOLUTE worst customer service and all. . The only reason I give it one star is because I had no choice on this app. 🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓

Been going here for years now and, while there's always the risk of getting someone new cutting your hair each time, every new person has done a great job! And a word of advice, always bring a picture of when you had your hair the way you want it. Or at least find a picture of the hairstyle you want, it helps a whole lot more than saying a length of cut and hoping for the best!

Great haircuts good people what more could you ask for

The blonde woman who was supposed to just straighten my hair, looked at my afro texture before she even started, threw her hands up in exhaustion, and denied me her service because she wasn't trained in that area of hair. She then asked the other workers, and only one out of 6 said that they would do my hair. I was so offended I had to hold back tears from embarrassment. DON'T get a license in hair if you can't give ALL types of customers your service.
