Tami was very professional and I live my haircut. I felt at home very welcoming and classy atmosphere. I wish it was more affordable, but that's just my preference due to my budget restrictions.

I was really excited to try this salon. Itâ€™s nice and clean salon, but not for me. I got a email reminder for my appointment for Saturday, which was incorrect since I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks ago for Friday morning at 9am. I called 3 times in the morning and the phone kept hanging up on me, finally got on the phone with the receptionist and all of a sudden I donâ€™t have an appointment in the system. Now Iâ€™m confused and she has no idea who sent the confirmation email. I spelled my name twice and the receptionist couldnâ€™t find it. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them telling them they had the wrong date for my appointment. Not only could she not find my appointment, the stylist couldnâ€™t remember what treatment needed to be done to my hair ( I was told that my notes from my first consultation would be left at the receptionist desk) and then told me I needed to come in for another consultation and quoted me a price that was $5 more from what I was quoted the first time, when I mentioned that her response was â€œ Itâ€™s only a $5 differenceâ€. So I told them nevermind, just cancel it. The receptionist called me back a minute later to say the found it and what do I want to do with the appointment. I told them just to cancel and thatâ€™s it. #annoyed
