Even with simple instructions, the quality varies greatly. I've had fantastic cuts here, but also terrible ones. I would have rated higher for consistency. The only reason I did not tell the stylist to shave me bald to fix it was because it would then take even longer to grow out. I will concede that the staff are all pleasant and approachable, though.

If you want a truly professional haircut do not go to chains like these! Go to an actual barber who knows exactly what they are doing. These workers do not care about their job they just want to clock in and clock out. A real barber cares about his customers and tries to give them exactly what they want. Sure, if you just want an easy buzzcut go here and it'll be fine, but if you want anything more advanced, let's say a taper or a fade, they won't know how to do it and you'll end up wasting your money. Pros - Cheap Cons - Everything else. Don't recommend.

My family and I like going here. We have one person we prefer. The price is responsible and that atmosphere is friendly.

Nice people, actually took the time to cut my hair the way I wanted. Didn't just rush to get it done. Felt like the woman actually cared about what she was doing
