In tears

When for a haircut today with a picture of a bob haircut with long layers. Left with the back about 1" long, one side the ear is cut out and the other side the length is 2" below my ear. The picture was very clear and we discussed the back being long layers. Mandy did exactly what she wanted with no thought or concern for what I wanted. I went back after I reached back and felt the almost no-hair on the back of my head. I am ashamed to even go to church.

This was my first visit and I used the app to reserve my place in line and check-in (tip - enter your address even though it isn't required, they will ask for it at the store). There was a bit of a wait but nothing unusual. Based on the other reviews, I decided to ask for Amy. Amy was very personable and did a great job. If you have ever had one of those haircuts where from the first snip, it didn't feel right, this was the exact opposite. From the first cut, it felt "right". The true test of any hair cut is what happens the next day without the professional touch. Amy did a good job and it looks just as good the day after as it did the day of the haircut.

My husband always goes there for a quick cut. He signs in via the app and rarely waits more than 5 minutes.

We usually have no issues here but my mother-in-law took my son for his haircut and the woman who cut his hair completely messed it up I would have refused to pay full price wish I could posts pics for this review

So the first time I came here, I wanted a trim with my long hair. The lady cut off 5 inches and I cried because that's not a trim. The second time I came back to this place, which was today, I checked in online, and came in 3 minutes early. I was at the top of the list and a man and two boys went in front of me. This place absolutely sucks.

We love Amy. She cuts our hair regularly.
