I went to this salon for the first time today after it was recommended to me by a friend. My first impression of the salon was amazing. The salon itself was really nicely decorated and felt so nice and cozy. I got a haircut that I’ve been nervous about getting but Kimberly made me feel so relaxed & talked me through it the whole time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted (and it WAS). My hair looks so good & I walked out of that salon feeling so confident and good about my hair. I truly don’t think I’ve ever been this happy with a haircut. Thank you Kimberly for being so sweet and a wonderful hairdresser. I will 100% be back!

I've been a weekly customer for several years. The salon is well kept & all of the staff is very friendly. Kim always greets me with a smile. Casey Morris is brilliant. She is a color perfectionist & does amazing work. I am very particular & would never go anywhere else.

I have been a client of the owner for years. She is professional business woman and a talented stylist. I really like the decor and relaxing atmosphere at Salon 38. They always treat me like family. I totally recommend you give them a try.

The worst possible experience in a place of business that I have ever experienced. I would rather not even give 1 star. The owners are incredibly hostile, rude and unprofessional. The stylists unfortunately do not get the recognition for their work under such poor management.
