I went to get my hair trimmed on 2/7 by Keesha and she chopped my hair off. I asked for an asymmetrical bob while keeping the length up front long. My hair was already cut in a medium length blunt cut bob which is the reason that I asked for a trim only and to add more layers to the back. I wanted my back layered more and I can't reach it like I use to which is the reason that I paid someone to trim it. I made her aware that I was natural curly which is another reason that I only wanted a trim because my hair shrinks. When I saw how much hair that she had cut, I made her stop. I was done. She said that she still needed to layer the back and I said no you don't. Her response was your hair wasn't healthy and I've been doing hair for twelve years. She didn't listen. There is no way that she has been doing hair for twelve years and not being capable of doing a basic haircut. She didn't even do basic partings. She pulled my hair straight back and just cut. My cut is uneven and very choppy. One side is longer than the other and one side is angled and the other is a blunt cut. I use to be able to put a bun on top of my head and now I can't. My nape area is so short that I cannot get it to go into a ponytail anymore. A 1 1/2" flat iron is too big to style my hair with in the nape area. This is unacceptable and I wish that I would have read the reviews for your salon prior to entering.

Got Haircut and style. Great Service, Excellent Job Caitlyn, I know it wasn't easy because I have extremely curly hair but you outdid yourself. Extremely Satisfied. Will definitely return.

We made the mistake of taking the whole family here (minus my husband, who was smart enough to refuse), and we have never before had such a disastrous set of haircuts. My 5-year-old son's style now looks like it belongs on an 80's high school girl. They cut my daughter's and my hair like a child learning to use scissors. I can repair the damage done to hers, but there's nothing left to work with on mine, since they cut it all off when I brought in long curly hair for a minor trim (I couldn't see what they were doing in the back until it was too late).
