If only I could give this location zero stars. Almost always understaffed and very slow. I've always gone there and been fortunate to have Jazz be my stylist, but she was not there this evening. I needed a haircut, so I was willing to take a chance with a different stylist. I checked in online and was advised it would be a half hour wait. I arrived a half hour later, only to sit for almost 15 minutes before even being acknowledged and asked if I had checked in. I mentioned I had checked in 45 minutes earlier, but I was promptly told I would have to wait at least another 30 minutes. Ridiculous management, just awful waste of my time. I'd find another budget salon. Besides, their prices keep going up, find a local shop for cheaper with better service!

Small place, 2 workers only. Highly recommend make your appointment with the app to save time. I didn't do it that day and had to wait more than 45min and I came first!! But other people just came in and went straight to get served not fair and felt unrespected because nobody explained to me..!! The worse I didnt like the haircut. Not coming back.
