Today was our first time going to Supercuts in Matthews. My son needed a hair cut and wanted the tips of his hair dyed blue. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile by Amanda, who was the stylist who cut my son's hair. She was with a client at the time so we were checked into the system by Lydia. Lydia was not pleasant, obviously did not want to be at work or wait on us. She asked my husband who was getting their haircut. My husband replied with our son and that my son wanted the tips of his hair dyed blue. Her reply was a face of disapproval an attitude. Thank goodness this lady was not who waited on my son. Amanda was our stylist. She was WONDERFUL and the reason I even put three stars on this rating. She listened to my son and gave him a great haircut. While Amanda was cutting my son's hair my husband took our one and two year old to get ice cream. When he came back our little girl started to mess with the products displayed on the shelves. Before we even had a chance to tell her no and return the product to the proper place Lydia yells out across a salon full of people that our daughter cannot play with the products. I was humiliated. We didn't even get the color put on my son's hair because of how we were treated by Lydia. She does not have the attitude or personality to work with the public. We will never return to this salon.
