I love Ulta for their products. My only complaint is it can be hard to find someone to help me find what I’m looking for. I was use to the store in my previous hometown and there was always someone asking if I needed help. I do appreciate the quick checkout even when it’s very busy.

This place is not a salon, but it has a small one inside. It has everything you could be looking for at reasonable prices. There are high end brands and affordable brands. Nearby, there are good restaurants and food shopping. Easy parking in front.

People are helpful, it's large, great produces. Just wished they were a bit more competitive in their pricing so I can shop here rather online.

Worst customer service ever. I went in this past weekend with my mother, and I understand close to Christmas it’ll be busy but being rude af is not appropriate. I asked a passing employee who was a lady in her 50s if they had any more of a palette that was missing. Another customer interrupted me also asking a question. The women turned to me putting up her hands saying “I can only take one question at a time!!” In the rudest way possible. She than turned and walked away. ???? Later when we were checking out she came back and said “you still need help?” Not at this point lady. To top it off the cashiers completely didn’t care thrusting the bags at us. Won’t be coming back, can easily go to Sephora.
