Today we went to this place and one of their workers cut my son's ear. I was in shock when I saw it! Because the hairdresser didn't tell me about it. And when I told her that I see some blood on my son's ear, she got nervous, because she knew that! We were in this place last time! The son's haircut was not accurate. I strongly do not recommend it!

Walked in instead of the counter for more than 5 minutes while the two stylists were busy working on clients. When one of the stylist became free she came to the counter called the next client and did not even acknowledge me.. I was standing 2 feet from her and she didn't speak to me or make eye contact. I have visited this location several times before as a walk-in and never had any problems getting signed in even if other guests were ahead of me and waiting for their cut. If signing in through the app ahead of time is now a requirement she could have at least told me this. Although I don't think that's the case they say walk-ins are welcome. I don't even get a real haircut, I just get my neck trimmed because I wear short hair. I will never visit this place again when there are two other Great Clips right down the road at Rivergate.

Stay away from Katherine (I think that's her name, she honestly didn't have the decency to tell me). But she was rude, hardly spoke to me about what I wanted, and she literally chopped my hair off. It looked like a little kid did it. However, I decided to give great clips a second chance and one of the managers cute my hair. She was super sweet and did an excellent job. So my advice, request that one of the managers cuts your hair.
