I arrived at 9 and was told there was apt ahead of me. I made a 1030 apt and went back. I sat down because no one acknowledged me. Idiots and disrespectful. Borderline racist!

I came to get a haircut (which was badly needed) before my work week started and chose this location because it was open until 9 and was just earlier in the day. I got there at 8:30 and the employees said that since both of them were doing haircuts they were "booked until close." I find it hard to believe that it takes 30 minutes to finish a haircut and feel pretty certain they were just using it as an excuse to not do more work. I remember going to this location a few years ago around the same time and being told they needed to clean up and couldn't give me a haircut either. Extremely unprofessional and lazy. If you're not willing to do haircuts after 8, just close at 8; don't lie and say you're "booked until close."
