Just experienced cable company level customer service. Cuts here are standard issue and I am low maintenance. Clippers on the sides and scissor cut the top. Usually takes 15 minutes max and I always tip 10 bucks or more. Came in as a walk in with two customers in line sitting and waiting before me. Both were served and 15 minutes in a gentleman comes in and walks back outside to check in using his phone app (Found this out when he was called before me). Watched another customer walk in and get served due to online check in (25 mins in). Then the gentleman that checked in right outside the waiting room is called and I'm told I am next. While waiting (40 mins in now), the stylist takes a call and puts the customer into the computer. Minutes later another customer walks in and sits down. When the stylist finishes her cut she comes to me and says he's in front of me because he's call ahead and tries to apologize. I was checked in and waited an hour only to be bumped by a call ahead that called after I had been checked in by 40 minutes! Told her I'd wasted enough time there. Walked out and never going back. Be honest and tell me there are 5 in front of me or put me in line when I "check in" and sit down but don't bs me like that. I've never been treated this way at any other Supercuts and prior to today would recommend this place as above average cuts. I'll go elsewhere from now on where walk-ins are welcome and not kicked like a can down the road.
