I love Great Clips at Carmel. I have been going there for 12 years. Manuela has been cuttting my hair ever since she came to the shop.

Worst haircut of my life. I ended up shaving the rest of it off with my own clippers. Looks better now!

I give great clips Old Towne Village NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!! I went in this morning to get a trim around my ears and off my neck. Boy did I get a TRIM. Before I knew what was happening the operator GRABED the hair on the top of my head and cut off a bunch. Whack, whack, whack and most of my hair was suddenly gone. Only an inch remains over my whole head. I got a FULL HEAD SUPER TRIM. The operator did not listen to me. She just did what she wanted and I had to pay for it. I don't want to give ANY STARS but I can't post this note till I give at least one. I'll NEVER go back to Great Clips Towne Village. Joanne Howard

Very irritated that a hair cut from great clips cost 47$. When they ask you if you want them to blow dry or straighten it make sure to get your hair straighten. They say it's a little more for a blow out.... Well They charged me 29$ for a blow out, no curling nor straightening. A little more is a 5$ difference not 29$. They charged me for a long hair when my hair is shoulder length. The blow dry cost double the haircut did. Absolutely ridiculous. Cut and shampoo was decent.
