TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE although staff was partly friendly, she destroyed my hair. She clipped the side of my hair & now I have a bald spot. Just some unexperienced stylist, I will not be going back to Great Clips.

The older woman with silver hair was mean to my children and gave them terrible hair cuts. My boys were very still and followed her directions, but she was clearly rushing and just trying to get to the next customer. I'll never take them back here.

My real name is Eric THIERY the name above is my Vlogger name) I honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone living in this area for several reasons including rudeness and fake advertising.... Here is below my experience with this saloon: A few weeks ago I received by interval two coupons advertising "$5.99 any haircut"... having my hair getting a bit too long i decided to use of of the coupon and try this salon I did not know; I went there Saturday Oct 14th 2017 with one of the 2 coupons. That Saturday day by 4:30 PM my first surprise was that the vast place was quasi empty at the exception of 2 ladies who were working there and male customer who was receiving the last work on his haircut by one off the two. 1st uncomfortable thing I could notice upon my entrance was that I was not very well received at all! I blame mostly this on the fact that I have an accent, which I know for a fact that I could be difficult for others sometimes to be understood. However & ironically; for some obscure reasons I had still a tremendous hard time to make obvious that I came there for getting a haircut (which is an amusing paradox when you come to a salon with a bit too long hair for a guy & you are vividly showing with with hands that you need some grooming on it , anyhow; that was not a good start from there.. 2nd; another rude incident happened during my registration; after giving my name, I mentioned that i have a coupon and she brutally removed the coupon from my hand in order to take my address on it. Then; I was immediately getting my haircut... While I was still trying to be cordially polite I tried to make some conversation with the person working on me - of course and as you may guess I did not get any success - (language barrier certainly?). Btw; I have the impression that this hairdresser who was working on me could be the owner of this salon (?) - aka a 50's year old Lady fuzzy/curly grey hair, but I can't tell for sure?. Finally; after a few minutes, when things seemed to be done regarding my haircut, I asked a bit more cut above my ears, which the hairdresser did not want to arrange in telling me in rude manner "I already did! What do you need more?!". So, I conclude my haircut was finish no matter what, and I should not ask for more - at this point I had enough - I just want to pay & leave that place ASAP. Then; I politely asked if I could use the bathroom, she refused and asked me to pay for the haircut first (?) - (Sure! Everybody knows that foreigners with terrible accents are suspiciously going to escape by the bathroom window for not having to pay anything...I am sure we all do that...), anyhow; as she asked I went to pay... Then she charged me $14.00 instead of the $5.99 as advertised on the coupon - meaning that she voluntary skipped the price of the coupon that she previously saw in asking me for my address. I did notice it, but I did not want to argue with her on the site...(why should had have? being a "foreigner" male with only two ladies left in this vast salon and one of them being completely rude to me, I did not want to make a fuse that could have played against me then - you never know...?). Anyhow; after paying the $14:00 plus tips (I left $3"00 aka 20% only because I am still a gentleman), I asked again if I could use the bathroom, which she granted me this time. Final straw for that salon and the motivation of this present piece of feedback was that through the bathroom door, I heard her mocking me to her colleague and laughing because she charged me $14:00 instead of the $5:99 of the coupon, and I did not say anything about it - sure it is funny isn't? - now you get a bad online review. As an online" video blogger" my only regret was not having my camera with me in order to film the all situation, and then; post it online for a more accurate piece of "advertising" for recommending to anyone to "NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE" Here below the picture of another coupon we got at our address Note: that like the one i have used the coupon was still valid 10/23/2017 Eric THIERY

my hair stylist was amazing. i told her to surprise me and fell asleep because i do when people run their fingers through my hair. my friends tried to get her to shave my head but she didn't instead she mad it so that i could spike my hair and it was a chick magnet.
