Sarah was so wonderful! I had a great experience in her suite. I came to her to brighten up my uncolored hair for my wedding asking for something very natural. She gave me a beautiful bayalage and long layers. Sarah is so knowledgeable about hair, she is a real artist. I put my trust 100% in her and I am very pleased with the result. Her suite is beautiful and clean and she even helped me pick a lip color for my wedding too! Make sure you ask about her collection of lip colors that she sells- they last all day without rubbing off! I drove down from Tennessee to see her after seeing her work online and I will most definitely be back. It was totally worth the trip.

I go to Sarah religiously for cuts and color - every time it is fabulous. She has a great personality and listens to what you want. Please disregard the one negative feedback because there is much more to that story I'm sure. Sarah would never treat someone like that! If you want a great stylist that can grow with the changing you, go see Sarah!

If I could give this stylist less than a 1 star I would, given that I left without ANY service provided to me. I bought an offer on Groupon and was told I could not have any color put in my hair because it would catch on fire due to "box dye" previously used on my hair. While I know that it is not impossible for that to happen related to a chemical reaction, I was willing to compromise. I was told without stripping my hair (which is a dark brown cherry color, not green, pink or blue) NO color could be applied. The stylist mentioned she could not have her name on something that could catch on fire. I was willing to compromise, brainstorm for something so I could get my hair done with her that day. No. Everything was no. Not even an idea? What about a strand test? I'll grab some water in case I spontaneously combust!! Nothing. Looking back felt like a real bait and switch. Little did she know I would have paid alot more than the Groupon to have something nice done, but the Groupon was a way for me to meet and greet someone since I didn't have a stylist since moving from Florida. I asked her again and told her I was leaving to Fl in a week for my baby shower (pregnant with a rainbow baby) and how important it was to me. I have never been turned away for a service, nonetheless one I have already paid money towards. Owners of the space she rents from came out to my car to talk to me bc they saw me crying upset. They offered to have someone else do it, offered to help me come up with another plan, they actually talked to me unlike the stylist who so easily brushed me off. I have had so much done to my hair in my lifetime coming from a long long line of professional stylists and never has my hair caught fire. I am reporting her "business". She was so worried about her name instead of providing the least bit of good customer service that she doesn't realize a disgruntled customer will spread news much faster than a satisfied one. ESPECIALLY a pregnant disgruntled customer.
