The woman who died my hair did not know what she was doing! I was brown and wanted to go blonde she left it in for 10 minutes and took it out, after she washed it out my hair was spotted with brown. I will not be back!!

Worst place I have ever walked into!!! My appointment was at 2:30... Didn't not even get my hair checked until 3:15... Remind you, the MANAGER was the person who was scheduled to do my appointment! Pretty much refused to do my hair because the texture! The one young white lady walked around with an attitude like she didn't wanna be there.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS GOOD SERVICE!!! RUN!! The walk back down to the salon by game stop is worth the walk back! Shaneque is the perfect one! She's nice, talked to me about my appointment, greeted me.

This place has gone downhill the last few years. Took my daughter to get split ends removed. Her hair was more than halfway down her back. My daughter told the stylist she wanted 2-3 inches cut. What she ended up with was 5-6 inches whacked off. It looked extremely choppy. Maybe that was because the stylist plopped her down in the chair without washing it and cut it dry. I knew blow drying was extra, but I guess shampooing isn't included in the price either. I'll just fix it myself before I ever step foot in that place again.

I went there to get my hair done for prom the lady who did it didn't have a clue what she was doing. My hair looked a mess! It was so frizzy and it looked just pitiful. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! 🙅🏻
