I just moved to North Carolina and needed a new hair stylist. I was referred to another salon , which I won’t name. But I asked for highlights, which I always get in my hair for years. It came out horrible, I’ve never had such unprofessional and sloppy work done to my hair. I came to Hudson salon for a consult to see if it could be fixed, met with Maggie who assured me that she could fix it. I was pretty skeptical because my hair was so horrible I was sure it couldn’t be fixed and I’d have to die it brown just to cover it. She got me in within a few days, she was very nice and professional. She talked me through everything she was doing. She transformed my hair from a huge ugly mess into gorgeous, fresh, clean, blonde hair. I love it !! I will say it’s a little pricey, but honestly if I didn’t spend $200 at the other salon first I might have not minded the price. It was worth it. I recommend her for all my blonde haired girls out there. Thank you Maggie !!

This was my first visit to this salon. It seemed like a pretty high end salon with great reviews! I asked for an angled bob. It took less than 20 minutes to wash, condition, cut, and blow dry. Seemed okay at a quick glance in the mirror. At check out i was asked how much I wanted to leave for tip and I said $15. There’s no screen showing a total when you swipe your card. Later on I notice an email receipt of $117 for this cut!!!!!! I was charged a tip of $50 instead of $15 on a $67 haircut that took less than 20 minutes… 🤬 when styling it the next day, I noticed it seemed uneven, but was in a hurry. When i got to work, several coworkers pointed out that it was a cute change, but EXTREMELY uneven!! I took some backwards pictures in a mirror and I was LIVID!!!!! I cannot express how terrible this cut was!! I was thankful they allowed me to come in the next day for a correction cut, but in order to correct it I had to go WAY shorter than I wanted. It took over 45 minutes for a proper, dry, cut (as it should have to begin with). Even though it’s far shorter than I wanted, it’s now healthy and EVEN. But the salon is an hour away (wasn’t out of my way the first day as I was going to huntersville anyways), but caused me to be late going out of town the next day in order to correct it prior to visiting my friends and family with an awful haircut!!! I’m pleased with the final outcome, but I will not be returning to this salon or recommending it to others.

My teenager went to Tess last Saturday for highlights and a haircut, and we were both absolutely blown away by her results! Tess was patient, kind and so sweet! Tess worked with my daughter to make sure she understood exactly what she wanted, and she showed her exactly how to style her hair in many ways. Tess carefully reviewed proper hair care, and she was SO kind! We are so appreciative of her! What an incredible, talented stylist! Thank you SO much!

I’ve always had wavy/curly hair and never knew how to manage it, yet alone trust someone with cutting it. Jessie was my hair stylist and she did a great job! My hair feels healthy after visiting her and the cut she gave me enhances my curls which I never got from any other stylist. I’d definitely recommend Jessie for anyone that’s struggling to find an affordable stylist that know how to deal with curly hair. I’ll definitely be back to see her.

Hudson Salon was, in a word, brilliant. Not only did they go above and beyond to work my son in at the last minute, the stylist was amazing. She gave my son the best haircut he has ever had, and worked with him to find the right product to help with his mane. I had such a great experience that I made appointments for both myself and my daughter - and I am actually looking forward to it! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Simply fantastic!
