I've been going to this shop for several years. Tiffany and Ms. Tee are always kind and courteous. The shop is always spotless. I've always gotten the perfect cut and I love that hot towel at the end!!! Excellent customer service. I would recommend this shop to everyone!!!!

The first time i went here i got a nice hair cut it was affordable , nice friendly staff , and very clean but this last time it was horibble. When i first walked in this lady immediately got up and checked me in she was so excited to cut my hair i didnt see her last time i think she was new the other lady i seen last time was cutting somebody else hair i wouldve waited but she was so anxious to cut my hair i was just like ok ill get it over with. I looked at this women and she looked like she couldnt cut hair at all so before i sat down i said can you cut hair she said yeah i was about to sit down i ask her again do you know how to cut hair she said yeah AGAIN reassuring me that she could. I showed her a picture of how i wanted it. When she started cuttuing my hair and red flags Immediately start popping up im no barber but i know you not supposed cut anyones hair like that i specifically told her i dont want it low in the back this women shaved all my hair off in the back she brought my taper half way up my head when i told her not to. it was so bad and i was telling her what was wrong and she kept trying to explain to me why it was right i was pissed the other stylist that i originally wanted had to come over and point everything that was wrong and she just told me to come to her chair and she tried her best to fix what this lady did to my head she had to go in and blend because it was not blended at all i look like Westly Snipes in Blade. The other lady felt so bad she didnt even make me pay for it i will never come back here again. PLEASE BEWARE OF THE SHORT LADY IN THE BLACK GLASSES SHE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR.
