I really love Luxe Salon. Its the place I chose to get my hair and makeuo done for our wedding. Gretchen did an awesome job on my hair and my make up was on point. Personalized service with an amazing hair stylist.

The saloon is clean, everyone knows about hair, and nice people. I dyed my hair a brown coffee durning this summer; i had a good tan. When winter came around the corner, my skin started getting pale. I needed my natural hair color back. I went there and they put my hair back to the natural color and thicker. They are awesome professionals. 😇😇

I started working with Jan and Gretchen at Luxe Salon six or seven months before my wedding. I am planning my wedding from out of state, so good communication is important. I chose this salon because of the seemingly great reviews, and the location. (My church and venue are on the same street.) However, when I called the salon there was no receptionist and no answer. After two or three weeks and several messages left, someone finally answered when I called again. They were very nice and said they could book my trials and day-of appointments. But the make-up artist and the stylist had no evident communication at all, and there was no one coordinating between them. I never spoke to the stylist on the phone, I could never get an answer. However, I did get an email response. While I was in town for a weekend, I went to visit the salon. There was one client and the place was dead. No one greeted me, and the two workers who were there looked at me like I was lost and I felt that they really brushed me off. I finally got finalized appointments (after a lot of initiation.) Five days before my wedding I sent out emails in the morning to the stylist and make-up artist just to be safe to confirm appointments. This is prime prom and wedding season (May) and I wanted to be sure everything was good to go. I received a brief email that evening saying that all appointments for the week were canceled due to a death in the family and that I would be contacted for a reschedule. I could not believe that a professional salon would have the audacity to NOT TELL ME my WEDDING DAY appointments were canceled until I emailed them! I was completely panicked and called two salons, looking like a total idiot trying to get wedding hair and make up five days before my wedding. Thank God for CC Company Salon in Concord. They answered on the first ring, and when I hysterically explained my situation, said they were stunned that a salon would do that. They graciously and politely worked in trials and day of appointments for a quarter of the price. They immediately sent confirmation emails and an address for me to send my pictures. I want to say that I understand emergencies, and I understand tragedies in life cannot be helped. However, if you are running a professional business, there should be a back up plan for clients paying $125 for wedding day make up and $75 for the trial. The whole experience was really awful from beginning to end. I would not want anyone to end up in my situation. Brides, do yourself a huge favor and book with CC Company!

I came to Gretchen about 2 years ago because I felt like she was a perfect hair stylist for me to experiment with colors. And boy was I right. My hair is never the same, it always turns out amazing. I am always blown away at how well my hair holds color, thats because she has taken the time to teach me how to correctly take care of my hair with the vibrant colors I get. They last for months. I would highly recommend her to anyone , especially those who like to look like a mermaid or unicorn like me ;)

Last year, I decided to have my hair highlighted again. After combing through recommendations I found on Facebook, I went out on a limb and contacted Gretchen. I'm so glad I did! She is phenomenal, and can do anything with color. I get compliments on my hair all the time. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and is willing to work with anyone on scheduling. I won't go anywhere else.
