EXCELLENT SERVICE AND NEW MANAGEMENT - I visited this place for a blowout and the service was great. Price is affordable the location it self looks as a high end salon compared to what it used to be before. What I saw made me return for highlights and Patricia Cruz did a great Job. I also noticed that they use paraben free products and natural hair and skin care products. If you are around the N Tryon Area and need a hair dresser Elements Professional is the place to go.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in to the time I left the salon. Good customer service and awesome job performed on my hair cut. I will defenetly come back again in the near future.

10 of my family members will not be returning. Asked about how much my hair would be. Was told 40.00. By the time I was paying it increased to 47.00. 5.00 because of the length and 2.00 because she used hair pins to pin it up. None of this was disclosed when I first ask before getting my hair washed. New owner is not as thorough with the blowouts. Several areas were still thick. The blowout did not last long. Really miss Nieves, esther, and Mirum. Oh yea for only 2 clients it took me 4 hours to get done compared to normally 2.5. But she appears to be a really nice girl.

Although the new owners are very pleasant they are not skilled in styling. The rollers did not set and my scalp is dry even though I received a deep conditioning treatment (which resulted in an extra $5 on the service).

Had a wonderful experience at this salon! Great service and price! My son and I loved it!
