The "stylist" was nice.... And thats all the positive things i can say. The cut i got was not what i asked for, it was the bare minium she could do, and she gave me a look when i gave her the smallest tip i could. I went to another salon (same general pricing and products) and got everything fixed. Clearly, i wont go back to Supercuts.

Well, short on the sides and longer on the top seems an easy instruction. But to buzz it all with a clippers shows lack of patience, skill and a rush to get a 9 year old customer out the door. Now my son has to deal with a bad haircut all summer. With enough self esteem issues this just adds to a list of issues. To add insult to injury, this is our second trip to the same store with the same results. Even worse is the manager cut the hair and yet the result could have been done better by a fresh grad from barber school. On top of this my complaint was met with an offer for a free haircut. IF YOU DON'T HAVE SKILL WITH A PAID CUT HOW MUCH SKILL WILL A BARBER PUT INTO A FREE CUT?!?! no thanks. I am following this complaint with corporate complaint.

Shay is AMAZING. She did my hair for my wedding and I've never looked prettier. Valerie cut my hair 1" shorter on the left side than the right with A HUGE CHUNK OF HAIR MISSING on the left.... that wasn't anything close to the style I requested or the photo I had brought in for her. Both ladies were very kind but I'll only see Shay from now on. If she quits, Supercuts loses a customer.

Coretta did a great job cutting my hair. The salon was clean and unlike Great Clips, I didn't feel like the stylist was rushing to move on to the next person in line. The hot tea tree oil towel was a nice finishing touch. $15 for a cut by a well-trained stylist who seemed to enjoy her work. Highly recommend.
