In the past year I've gotten my hair cut here 2x and both times came out with a completely botched haircut. The first time wasn't horrible but this time I came out looking like an 80 year old. It was not at all what I asked for. So disappointed. Don't go to a 60 year old if you don't want to look like one. I will not be returning.

One of the worst hair cuts ever. Personable people in the salon, but I wonder what the stylist was thinking. I showed her two pictures, one of me, to explain the cut. Still I ended up with a boy haircut, nothing like what I asked for. No attention to the natural curl in my hair so it sticks out in the strangest places. I asked the stylist to at least spike it a little like the pictures and she just added some heavy goop in one spot on the back of my head. I have very fine hair so it just looks like I have a bunch of dirt weighing my hair down. Anyway, my mom said....what do you expect on a Sunday. Good hair dressers don't work on Sunday. I didn't want to believe it, but maybe it is so. Here's to at least 2 months of boy hair. :( Buyer beware.

WOULD NOT GO AGAIN WORST BARBER IN THE WORLD I CAME IN LONG HAIR ONLY WANTING TO CUT 2 INCHES OF MY HAIR BU APPARENTLY FANTASTIC SAMS WOULD NOT LOSTEN AND I LOST 6 INCHES OF MY BANGS AND I ASKED TO KEEP MY SIDE BANGS... guess what NOPE WOULD NEVER COMEBACK HIRES THE WORST BARBERS 0 STARS but it won't let me WOW CANT TAKE A BAD REVIEW huh

Fantastic experience for sure. In the interest of time and the influence of a good friend, I tried highlighting my own hair for a last minute event. Well, it turned orange. I color corrected and it turned bright orange.. the day before Halloween! I called Fantastic Sams at this location on Sunday afternoon. They put me on the schedule and fixed my hair. Not only was it fixed, I believe it's the best color I have had. They were accommodating, friendly, meticulous in their work and reasonably priced. Listen, I have been a salon snob all my life. I am a dentist and try to keep up with the Jones-es (i.e. my friends) by frequenting 'high-end spa/ hair salons', but you know what? This place is just as good, if not better! This is my new place. Thank you so much.
