I went to Christine for the first time today. They fit me in and she did an absolutely wonderful cut and style. She took the time to talk to me, ask what I wanted and to explain what she was doing. Will definitely continue to have my hair cut there!

I moved to Durham a year ago, and asked around about finding a salon. Studio K was mentioned several times, so I went and asked for a senior stylist, as I am over 65 and want a fairly traditional cut. I have been with Celia ever since. She is a top-rate stylist with a good eye for what is going to look good for my facial structure, and she got it right the first time. (It had taken me two years in my former home to find a capable stylist, and we moved shortly after I found her.) Highly recommend!

I was feeling self conscious and seeking an emergency cut to fix something I had done to my own hair. On my way to work, I saw the salon took walk ins so I figured I'd give it a try. I know they really didn't have any openings, but Sarah went out of her way to pull me in to give me a quick dry cut. Not only did she nail the cut I was seeking, but she took the time to show me how to style it the way that I wanted. She was hilarious and did not make me feel bad about my poor judgement. I truly appreciate the helped I received and LOVE my hair. I would definitely return and recommend Sarah to others.

Been going here for years. They are the only people I would ever trust with my hair. Absolutely the best stylists and super friendly. This salon is the only place I recommend to people.

Have lived in Durham for many years now, and tried several shops before choosing. Although I had been generally satisfied with my barber, I happened to try Studio K -- can't recall why. Sarah made some nice changes in my style and I've been with her ever since. She does a great job with my cut -- I'm most satisfied, and do recommend her.
