I am writing this review about four weeks after getting my haircut by Skye Rhodes because I cannot express enough how much I love my cut and what an amazing job she did on my hair. This was my first time at this Regis as we recently moved here, and I needed a new stylist. My hair was very long, getting rather annoying, so I wanted a new style without being exactly sure what I wanted. Syke took the time to get know ME before confidently cutting my hair. Somehow, she took my meaningless babble and transformed it into a beautiful haircut and style that I absolutely love - even four weeks later. All I can say is, "Thank you, Skye! I will definitely be back. No one else will touch my hair for now on."

ABSOLUTELY LOVED GRACE! She listened to what I wanted and gave me her advice and I couldn't have loved the end result any better. I would totally recommend anyone to go there. Even the receptionist was super friendly when talking to me while making my appointment. LOVED the whole experience!!!

I went in for a shampoo and blow dry and was denied service because they were "booked" for the night. That was around 7pm, they closed at 9, there were 5 people in there and 2 of them were customers. When she told me they were booked, my response was, it looks pretty slow to me, and she just had a dumb smirk on her face. The service I wanted woulf have taken no more than 15 minutes. I felt like they were pretty prejudiced against me. Could have been my hair, could have been my skin. I guess I'll never know .........

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND ITS EMPLOYEES!!!! I’m giving these people one star because I can’t go any lower! Made an appointment with them they gave me for 1 on a Saturday.. got a call at 2 pm they said that the hair dressers back hurt and they wanted to push it for 4 pm or the next day? I came back the next day... called to tell them I was going to be 15 mins late and they said they couldn’t take me because they were booked! They ruined my Sunday and it was too late to call another hair salon... now I work in healthcare... if I told a patient to come back because my back hurt not only is that morally wrong but that also shows how lazy I am in my line of work. The people that work here are RUDE and unprofessional! Oh and one more thing when I got there they acted as if nobody knew that they called me the day before and told me to come the next day!

The lady over processed my hair!! She burned my scalp and literally ruined my hair.
