I did not have the best color experience, but the salon went out of their way to make it right. Very much appreciated.

Ainsley!!!!!! A total miracle worker! I'm from New Bern and I just had my hair ruined on the 20th, on the 21st I saw Ainsley she looked at my hair and went over pricing (totally worked with me and understood that I just spent a ton of money the day before to get my hair ruined, adjusted everything she could to fit my budget) on the 22nd Ainsley had me in and out of her chair within 3 hours with the Dream hair I wanted! She worked a miracle! Thank you Salon Blu! I won't go anywhere else now! 10/10 recommend! (Pictures from before and after)

I have never had a bad experience at this location. I may not always get exactly what I wanted but it is always close enough for me. My stylist is Monica and I wouldn't trade her for the world. She is friendly, patient, and totally professional. Thanks team Salon Blu @ Brier Creek.

I had my hair cut. Had it cut off. The designer asked me how short would be too short. I told her and showed her...about 1/4 inch off of my shoulder was just right because my hair is super curly. Well my hair is now an ugly bob that is right up by my ears. I hate it. I love chopping off my hair but when the curl is not factored in, it leaves it waaaay too short. I was told it would be great straight or curly. I did it straight and it was all uneven. Did NOT look good once i got home and tried to style it several ways. Nope. Ugly. Im so unhappy with this. Not what it looked like when i left the salon.
