Wow! Heard this was one of the best in Raleigh so went online to request an appointment - it's now 4 days later - no e-mail, no phone call - guess they don't need any business. You won't get my business for sure! Maybe you should take "request an appointment" off your website if you are not going to return an email or call - just a suggestion.

I have been to this salon twice, the most recent time I saw Sam Smith and she was great. She listened to what I envisioned for my hair and she took her time, was very meticulous and made it happen. She styled my hair wonderfully as well. I choose to purchase some products and she was very thorough in going over exactly how to use them. I will definitely be returning to see Sam in the future.

I went in thinking that I would get a great haircut and experience because of the ratings and the atmosphere was so nice so my expectations were quite high. All I wanted were minimal highlights and a split-end cut. However, my highlights look exactly how they did before I went into the salon. My hair does feel healthy, however, the stylist wanted to add volume to my hair when it's already super thick? Why? The end look made me look too old for my age and I was expecting to pay $85 from a phone call I had with them, but I ended up spending almost twice as much. It was very embarrassing especially since I am a minor and I felt like I was being either duped and/or being treated like I wasn't old/good enough to go to this salon. Will not be returning.

Love this place, Top notch salon with beautiful friendly and talented people. Great experience from moment you walk in. Kait Powers is absolutely fabulous and I feel blessed to have my crazy head of hair maintained by an artist such as herself. An absolute beautiful person inside and out, always a pleasure to see and she does an amazing job.

Carolyn Is ABSOLUTELY the best hair Stylist Professional in Raleigh! She's so talented & educated!! I've been to several different stylists before & I've never been as satisfied as I am when Carolyn works her magic! ( I'm very picky) I have very long and thick hair, and I LOVE multi colors, highlights & layers.... I have always gotten compliments on how great my hair looks! Carolyn is AWESOME!
