Steer clear of this place. It is certainly NOT the same since Michael Johnson left. Michael treated EVERYONE the same no matter who you were AND provided EVERYONE with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ALL and was very helpful to EVERYONE and VERY WELCOMING TO ALL. I emphasize on "EVERYONE" because UNFORTUNATELY this location has replaced Michael with someone who only provides excellent customer service to her own. From the moment I walked in Lalita only provided a horrible attitude along with face recognition of that poor attitude. Eyes rolling and one eyebrow up the other one down...all that attitude was given because I simply said "I have an appointment at 10am". I personally don't care, but when you speak very nicely and respect others of your own kind and treat me the opposite of that it's a problem and deserves to be given a poor review. I am happy that you did not service me. I want everyone else to be aware so that they don't waste there time and receive the same treatment that I received. This replacement certainly does not have what it takes to ensure the success of her employer. Speaking poorly of your co-workers to your customers is distasteful. It showed me your true colors. So happy I discovered another location. They provided me with EVERYTHING that the "Not-So-Smart Style Salon" DID NOT have, which are EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ALL, VERY WELCOMING TO ALL, EXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS TO ALL, VERY INFORMATIVE, VERY HELPFUL AND SPOKE HIGHLY OF THERE COMPANY, CO-WORKERS AND PRODUCTS. I love and enjoy giving big tips and this other location that I went to certainly got that because of there service. EVERYONE go to AVEDA... GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT STAFF, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ALL, ALL ARE WELCOMED WITH A GREAT BIG SMILE. THEY LOVE AND ENJOY EVERYTHING THEY DO.
