Crystal. African American lady. Bad mannered and foul mouthed. She keeps rolling her eyes while talking. Criticizes my kids hair every time we go. Criticizes by nature otherwise my kids have straight, silky and healthy hair. Interferes while talking and overall a very unpleasant personality. If I go there I plainly avoid her now and request Justin. Gave her (and myself) 3 chances just to be sure. Every time found her worse than before. Pretends to be a know it all. Not for the service industry.

Elizabeth is a great stylist and was so nice and patient with my child. She did a great job. We are definitely making this Supercuts our regular hair cutting place! Edit- My whole family has been going here regularly since it opened. One of the other stylists is always dour, borderline rude, and seems unhappy. I would only go when this person is not there, although she did do a good job on the haircuts. Justin is really awesome, kid-friendly, great people skills as well as hair cutting skills; I hope he continues to work there.

So Sherry bribed me to give a 5 star rating t get a discount a while back and went today to get my haircut. Terrible cut and experience. I asked for a quick run through one more time with the clippers on the side and this lady Sherry looked at me like I was crazy and stupid. After that she was upset for whatever reason and did the quickest scissor cut I've ever gotten. I started to ask if I was rude when I know I wasn't because I pride myself in always being polite yes mam no mam etc. but people act like they must've been raised different. Rushed me out, didn't finish my neck, and the cut looks terrible. Now I get to have a crappy day, an ugly hair cut for the wedding and Mothers Day this weekend AND I got to pay for it! What a treat. Last time.
