I went for a layered haircut today at about 5:30pm. The hairstylist (Maggie) did my cut in literally 10 minutes. I showed her a picture of what kind of haircut I wanted and she didnâ€™t bother looking at it but instead was like â€œhow many inches you want to cut off?â€ I proceeded to show her how short I wanted it cut and she then just started to chop my hair off. I am talking about 5-6 inches of my hair, which I didnâ€™t mind getting a shorter haircut. But she did not even pretend to care about giving my haircut. Even after the haircut I had to point out a few more details that she had missed which she fixed afterwards with some excuses.. I have always had layers in my hair but this was the worst one. I believe she is the main hairstylist there or maybe even the owner and that explains why she is still there. My kids and husband have been getting haircuts at this location for a while and that was the only reason I returned back after having a previous bad experience. But seems like I should have waited to have a haircut by Ronnie or went somewhere else. We havenâ€™t had a bad experience with Ronnie so far but unfortunately I will not be returning back to this location in future. And I definitely need to go get my haircut fixed somewhere else now.. So disappointed!!

Went here today (Sunday, 4/14) and got great service from the stylist. Pleasantly surprised there was no long line like there is at the Maynard location in Cary. Stylist did an okay job cutting my hair and thanked me for my service. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 since my hair was not cut exactly as I expected but that was my mistake for not letting them know. Overall they did a great job and hope to come back here in a month for another haircut. Lot faster than the one on NW Maynard Rd.

Recently had a terrible experience. The oriental lady started cutting my hair and then said she can't do layers. She also said I need to go to a high priced salon to have a layered cut. I was shocked because layered cut is the basic at any place. She chopped my hair halfway when she told me this. Otherwise I'd have left right away. I had nice layered cut at other Great Clip. Not sure what went wrong with this one.

Have been going for years and always had a good experience. Ronnie is great with my two boys and my youngest (7) actually looks forward to hair cuts. Ronnie is also a perfectionist and does a great job with boys and men cuts. Owner is also very friendly and remembers small details about all her customers.

Ronnie is the best! She takes care of my entire family's hair. She has been doing it for years and even got them Christmas presents! Very attentive and great. I highly recommend going there for a great haircut
