Anna is the best. She knows just what your hair needs. She is great with coloring your hair.

Called to make an appointment with a stylist that had been recommended by a friend, Katlyn said that if I went with someone else they would give me a 20% discount. Talk about stabbing someone in the back! Don't do business like this!

I thought moving to North Carolina was a huge challenge. Finding a new hair salon to go to is an even bigger challenge. After putting the search off for over a year, I came across someone promoting Bacio Salon on the Next Door App, and after reading many positive reviews, I decided to finally take a leap of faith and give the place a try. As a new client, I filled out a survey about my hair. I really appreciated that since I've never been to a salon where they really want to get to know you, your hair, and your style. Alexis was my stylist, and she was wonderful. She took the time to listen as well as offered advice and suggestions. In my past experiences, I always felt rushed or like I had to get to the point, but I didn't feel that way with her at all. I left very happy and content with my new haircut, and I look forward to returning for another trim in a few months! Thanks again!

Suzanne is extremely skilled at color and cut that compliments the face and hair texture of the client. I have very tricky hair and have been pleased with my new style. Saloon is top notch. Alex is the best !!
