Got a fresh cut from Kayla today. Super personable, and always informative about products. Fun to talk to and always happy to provide some input about what looks best. Will definitely return next time I need a haircut. Always enjoy supporting local businesses!

I got a really crappy haircut a few months ago (NOT at Local Honey). I was devastated. I was anxious about getting another cut for obvious reasons. KATE totally changed my day! She talked me through the best options and thoroughly explained everything! Not only did she give me a great look, she also fixed a terrible one! I couldn't be happier!! While we're giving compliments, the girl who washed my hair was awesome too! It was more like a massage! (Can't remember her name.) Shop is gorgeous and very relaxing!

Kate was my stylist and she did such an amazing job! She made my hair look exactly how I wanted it to! I will be back, it is definitely worth it!

The salon policy "we do require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Any appointments cancelled over the time requirements or those who do not show will be charged 50% of the service fee." However, it is totally ok for them to call 2hrs before an appointment to reschedule without a good apology or explanation or any sort of compensation for the issue. IDK, maybe a discount off my next service should be given? What's the point of an appointment if I can't trust it will be kept? But I digress, it is complete disrespect of the customer to reschedule with such a short notice. And this has already happened in 3 ocassions. I'm done with this business.

This place is so cozy! Right away I was offered a glass of water and a seat in their library. My stylist was Kayla and she listened to what I wanted and made sure that I was truly happy with the cut before I left her chair.
