Been going here for years My hair is easy to cut so I really shouldn't comment about the cut itself except to say that I know what I want and make sure that it gets cut the way I want it before I leave. I've been to other places and don't find any of them to do the simple job of cutting my hair any better. I find that each of the folks cutting my hair have very different personalities. I love chatting with them and getting to know them. I've had a promotional card for several years which gets me a haircut for $9.99 plus a free cut when I buy the card. What a deal.

11/18/2017 Came in for a trim back in April. I've also had a run-in with "the older Asian lady" as another reviewer described her--named Amy I believe. First, she never swept up the hair on the floor from her previous customer, a grey-haired gentleman. She then ran a comb through my long hair; it got caught and she dropped it to the floor. Instead of dropping the comb in disinfectant like any other health-conscious beautician, she simply picked the comb up and kept using it on my hair! I was so flabbergasted that I didn't know what to say or do! I simply paid and left and filed a complaint with the manager, who promised action and a free haircut on my next visit. I finally decided to go with short hair this month and redeemed my free haircut with the assistant manager, Dawn. I called ahead and talked to her to make sure the freebie was on my account. Amy apparently remembered my complaint as she eyeballed me, said nothing, and retreated to the back room. No complaints whatsoever about Dawn! Courteous and professional. I won't let anyone else there touch my hair!

I love this place always in and out..the only thing I don't like is that this location closes so early on the weekends I work two jobs and it's hard for me to make it on the weekdays..and I went 1 day at 545 and the lady said they were close I look at the sign that said closes at 6pm😒and I have a very short cut so it literally takes 10mins to cut my hair

My wife checked in using her phone ,There was a confusion as my wife's details were not there in the system .Manager could have been polite and asked us the details, instead she was asking us the questions in a very rude manner,so I have told my un-happiness to her .Once my Wife got in for hair cut ,I approached the manager and said sorry to her and told that the Great clips application is not holding any information regarding family ,as it was her initial argument during the check in Process .BUT SHE WAS LOUD,FOUL MOUTHED ,TALKING ABOUT MY PERSONAL LIFE ,CULTURE AND ALL THE UNWANTED THINGS . I expect Manager to be patience enough to listen to their customer and communicate well and polite during the briefing.I am regular for this Great clips since 2012,but always had good experiences with all the wonderful people except this arrogant,in-humane manager called Makan or whatever .I felt dis-respected in front my wife ,when she spoke about my personal and my family and ,it will be really nice ,if she can attend some training on personal behavior . Very bad Manager

I come here everytime I need a hair cut. The folks here are the best people. You get what you ask, so if you really want that style hair cut you have to show a picture to them. So that will give an idea to the person who is cutting your hair. As for me i always get a good hair cut.
