Although personable, my hair was not done as I asked. The braids are much larger than I chose. the hair is not good quality. It took almost 11 hours to do box braids. Some of the braids were completely braided to the end, others have 3 inches or more of hair that was undone. Monique is nice but she spent too much time talking to others in the shop and on the phone. For $180.00 I expected my hair to look better.

True hustlers, got micro-braids and the price I paid was to include human hair, needless to say the hair was plastic, could not curl the ends, when I went to her shop and complained she wanted to charge me again to put the human hair in! I’d never go to her again, if you do buy your own hair.

The work is not good enough for the price you pay. I came here last week to get my hair in triangle parted box braids. The parts made in the back are poorly done with hair from different parts being attached to other braids where they do not belong. It is week two and my hair is coming undone. While at this salon the workers and the owner spoke very rudely about me not knowing I too speak French. I listened to them talk badly of me and another client in the salon. When talking in English they put on a front so you will return to their shop. Ladies save your money and go to a black sister who won't try to disrespect you to your face and will do a better job.

Braids took my edges out. Not a perfect place to get your hair braided
